Different Types of Meditation to Explore Together
Pranayama (yogic-breathing) is the study of breath control.

Learn the benefits of a pure Yogic diet. How foods create energy and harmony within your body and mind. Understand which foods and foods encourage happiness and mental wellbeing. Learn how to create a Yogic meal incorporating whole, pure foods and aligned with holistic lifestyles. How to infuse different spices, flavours and requirements in a pure sattvic diet. Learning which foods contain higher nutrient value, alkaline and acidity.

Shat means (six) and kriya means ‘cleansing. Yogic kriyas remove the waste materials our internal organs to help purify the physical body and internal organs and thereby create harmony between the major pranic flows attaining physical and mental purification and balance. (discussion only, demonstration and practice is done under supervision with in studio sessions) Kapalbathi, Jala Neti, Jala Dhouthi, Trataka, Vasti, Dhouti.
